I had an amazing stay at this hotel in Sapporo. the value for money is unbeatable - especially if you're traveling on a budget. Secondly, the staff were incredibly helpful, providing maps and recommendations for great places to eat. The location of the hotel is perfect, just a short walk from the main train station and close to all the action in the lively Susukino area. Lastly, the rooms were clean and comfortable, with all the amenities you need for a pleasant stay.
Everything was great, no complaints at all.

It was great to be on a quiet street away from the noisy nightlife of the area. Even though it was outside of the city center, it was still easy to get around. The room was very small and cramped, with barely enough space for all our luggage. the bathroom was also tiny, making it difficult to move around. We found the breakfast to be very basic and not very satisfying. the staff provided excellent service, and the room was clean with all necessary amenities.

The hotel is situated in a great location, just a short walk away from the subway station which made it easy to get around the city. The rooms were small but clean and well-maintained. The breakfast provided was basic but a nice touch.
The rooms were quite cramped, with limited space for luggage. There weren't many facilities offered, which was fine for a short stay, but may not suit those needing more amenities.

Had a great experience spending Christmas in this hotel. the staff was very helpful, and the hotel was conveniently located near the subway, making it easy to get around. the room was very clean, which was a big plus. the free breakfast had a lot of options, which we appreciated.
The wifi was not very reliable, and the speed was slow. the size of the room was a bit small, so we felt a little cramped at times.

the location was fantastic. It was just outside the center of Japan's fifth biggest city, which meant it was close enough to all the action but still in a quiet area. Secondly, the staff were excellent and very responsive. They were always ready to help and made me feel welcome. Lastly, the rooms were clean and had all the basic amenities I needed. The clean WC by the card was a nice touch. this hotel offered great value for money and I would definitely recommend it.
Everything was just fine, no major issues.
